Terms of Service

You may use Orbit only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the documentation and agreement that apply to your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity performed through your account.

You must not misuse Orbit, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of the business information and content you submit to Orbit. You give Orbit the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the services. You are responsible for having the permissions and notices needed to collect and use information you provide.

Fees, billing cycles, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rights are described in your order or subscription agreement. You agree to provide current billing information and to pay charges when due. Third-party payment services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Orbit and its software, branding, documentation, and visual materials are owned by Orbit or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the services, these terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to Orbit’s intellectual property.

We work to keep Orbit available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or events outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, Orbit is provided without warranties beyond those expressly included in your agreement, and each party’s liability is limited as stated in that agreement.

We may update these terms when needed and will post the updated version here. Either party may end use of the services according to the applicable order or subscription agreement. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
