Security at Orbit

Orbit uses encryption in transit and applies safeguards designed to protect information at rest. Access to customer data is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to perform their responsibilities.

We use role-based access, least-privilege permissions, and account controls to help ensure people can access only the information and tools they need. Customers should use unique credentials and grant staff the smallest appropriate role.

Orbit monitors service health and maintains backup and recovery practices appropriate to the services we provide. We review operational changes and work to reduce disruption during maintenance and incidents.

Security responsibilities are assigned across the team, and access is reviewed as roles change. We evaluate service providers that process information for Orbit and require appropriate protections in our agreements with them.

We maintain processes for identifying, assessing, containing, and recovering from security incidents. When an incident affects customer information, we will provide notices as required by applicable law and our agreements.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact your Orbit representative with the affected product, a clear description, and steps to reproduce the issue. Please do not include real customer data in a security report.
